We want you to be satisfied with BodyShop Estimates. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through the Service.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to estimate fees and credit bundles purchased through the Service.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund you can:
- visit paddle.net and follow the instructions to request a refund; or
- contact us at ben@esti-mate.co.uk and we will help arrange it.
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
